At Just Shout, we offer two options for customers to request services on our platform: direct contact with a service provider or creating an open job request that sends notifications to all service providers in that service segment.
Here’s how it works:
Option 1: Direct Contact If you have found a service provider on our platform that meets your needs, you can contact them directly to schedule the service. You will have access to their contact details, including their phone number and email address, to set up a time and date for the service.
Option 2: Create an Open Job Request If you are not sure which service provider to choose or you want to receive multiple quotes for a job, you can create an open job request on our app. This will trigger a push notification to all service providers in that service segment, letting them know that a job request has been submitted.
Service providers can then submit quotes for the job, and you can choose the one that meets your needs and budget. This option is perfect for customers who want to receive multiple quotes and compare prices before making a decision.
Once you have selected a service provider, you can arrange a time and date for the service. We do not facilitate payments directly through our app, so you will need to make payment directly to the service provider after the service has been completed to your satisfaction.
